Volvo presented at the IAA 2011 Volvo You Concept, a little prototype that anticipates what will be seen in the next generation S80 sedan. In addition to a new standard in visual terms, the Concept You have embedded within high technology inspired by the latest tablets.
Stefan Jacoby, president and CEO of Volvo Car Corporation, without modesty, said that “the combination of contemporary Scandinavian design, refined interior and intuitive technology based on new tablets will be the consumers’ desire for luxury cars in the world.”
Following in the footsteps of competition, the Volvo Concept showcases You design style called “luxury coupe with four doors,” has a profile similar to cars like the Audi A7 and Porsche Panamera, for example.
Inside, the Volvo Concept You has a fully touchscreen panel. Inspired by tablets, functions of the car, air conditioning, entertainment system is controlled at the touch of a finger. The GPS navigator projecting images in the center of the speedometer. Check out the details in the video below.
